I can’t find the format I want in the formats drop-down list – why?

Answer

The drop-down list of formats on the ‘new workspace’ dialog only shows formats that have been recently used for translation; the idea being that with 100+ formats available the list would be unusable if all of these were included.

If you haven’t used a particular format before you can either type the name in manually or find it using the formats gallery, which can be accessed by clicking the […] type button.

Once selected in the formats gallery a format then becomes available on the drop-down list.
