Texture resolution settings causing invalid rendering of 3d models

Symptoms

The texture resolution appears to be downgraded on FME's 3D pdf output.

Cause

The 3d rendering settings were incorrect in Adobe Reader.

Resolution

1. Ensure the 3D rendering setting it set to Software.

2. Other potential Adobe settings:

Make sure you are running the latest version
Check your page display settings: Edit | Preferences and click on the Page Display settings. Try increasing the pixels per inch setting to 100 or 200.
