Please send us a zipped reproduction package that includes:

  • Source datasets (or a small sample of data that reproduces the problem) Note: If source dataset is not file-based (ex. database) and you're not experiencing a Reader problem, write the data to an FFS file by adding a Recorder transformer after EACH source feature type, disabling all other connections to the source feature types, and running the workspace. Include the resulting FFS file(s) in the reproduction package.
  • FME workspace
  • FME translation log file
  • Destination dataset (if file-based)

Note: If the problem is only reproducible when writing to an existing dataset, it must be included in the reproduction package.
